Fantastic experience with Rent a Tuk located at Tripoli Market in the centre of Colombo. Was the best way to travel around Sri Lanka & the team were available for 24 hour support if needed. We were able to go everywhere, including up the steep hills of beautiful Ella & we saw elephants in the national park from the tuk, also easy to navigate the narrow streets of old Galle fort area. Travelled along the stunning beaches which were hit by the 2004 tsunami. You can stop anywhere (such as at roadside stalls selling fresh tropical fruit), park anywhere & enjoy the open air flow of the tuk tuk as well as being covered from rain. Rent a Tuk arranged my International Driver’s Permit & Local Permit and we were glad that we didn’t rent from the rentals near the airport because it would have been a long way to go back there after getting the driver permit the next day.

I had an amazing experience with Rent a Tuk during my trips toTrincomalee and Kandy. Their concept of eco-tourism using self-made electric tuk-tuks is not only innovative but also incredibly practical and sustainable. The tuk-tuk I rented was in excellent condition, with impressive features like solid weather protection, a great sound system, an Android player, and a very useful reverse camera. It made getting around both fun and easy! The service team was friendly, responsive, and clearly passionate about what they do. I truly appreciated their support throughout the rental period.
